Volkswagen Golf R vs Golf R400

After nearly two years as a concept car, Volkswagen has finally said that it will produce a limited run of the Golf R400, the most powerful Golf ever. The final version of the car will make its debut in March at the Geneva International Motor Show. But rumor has it the car will no longer be called the R400. Volkswagen has changed its name to the Golf R420. That can only mean one thing: There are now 20 more horses in the stable! Instead of a supercar-beating 200 hp per liter, it will be making an unheard-of 210 hp per liter. Before we get carried away, let’s see how the current R400 concept compares to the real-world Golf R.

Is BUDD-e the new VW Microbus?

The short answer is: kinda. Last Year VW teased us with an image that everyone knew right away was the newest version of their Microbus. This week, we finally got to see it. And we were not disappointed. While we can’t picture middle-aged guys with pony-tails and sandals driving it, we do think it’s a hip car for young people who want to go really far on all-electric power. Let’s take a look at what makes it similar to the old Microbus.
