Volkswagen Expands American Facility for Electric Vehicle Production
On Nov. 4, Volkswagen announced that it would be starting production on the all-electric ID.3. The catch was that the production was only for Europe. This left many wondering if the ID.3 was going to be another European exclusive vehicle. And if it would make its way over to the States. We’ve seen this with other European exclusive vehicles. However, this doesn’t appear to be the case.

Will the 2018 Volkswagen Arteon Be Available in the U.S.?
Volkswagen will be introducing and revealing the 2018 VW Arteon at the Geneva International Motor Show this month. The Arteon is a five-passenger, four-door coupe which will be positioned above the Passat in the lineup. It will combine the design elements of a sports car with the elegance and space of a fastback. The 2018 VW Arteon will go on sale mid-June in Germany but Volkswagen has yet to announce if the Arteon will be available in the U.S. and what the expected U.S. release date is. 2018 Volkswagen Atlas Preview
Today, Volkswagen released the first installment of an eight-part video series that will explore the brands new midsize SUV. The video from Volkswagen gives us little information on the new SUV but for certain we know that the new vehicle will be a seven passenger SUV and that rumors are that it will be named Atlas. The new SUV was built on the idea of Americans traveling across the country to see different areas. The new VW SUV will be ideal for an active lifestyle according to Volkswagen. The short answer is: kinda. Last Year VW teased us with an image that everyone knew right away was the newest version of their Microbus. This week, we finally got to see it. And we were not disappointed. While we can’t picture middle-aged guys with pony-tails and sandals driving it, we do think it’s a hip car for young people who want to go really far on all-electric power.
