Purchased a Mazda3 Sedan from sales associate Eric Parson. This was one of the easiest, fastest, and most informative car-buying experiences I've ever had. Eric and I handled basically the entire purchase via text (minus delivery), since I live about two hours away and texting is much easier for me while I'm at work. Every question I had was answered promptly, and Eric made the entire process incredibly easy. And don't even get me started on delivery—an hour and I was out the door, and that's with a trade-in! Everything was ready to go when I arrived, with no messing around or wasting my time. Eric is basically the man of men. 😂 If you're looking for a Mazda, I highly recommend asking for him. Great experience from beginning to end.

Mike Miroslaw is so good at what he does. This is our 4th vehicle that we have leased through Mike at Hall and I’m sure there will be more. He is the exact opposite of what you think of when you think of car salespeople. He is genuinely nice and welcoming. He is straight to the point, no xx. He is ready for us when we get there. Eric Parsons is great to work with. Unlike the typical car "salesman" I think of Eric as a car consultant who helps you find the right match in a car to best fit your needs. I Just leased my second Mazda from Eric - and I know from experience that he works with you after the sale to make sure you feel good about your purchase and to help handle any issues that might arise.

No pressure and Charles and the finance team were able to give me a great deal on my trade-in and an amazing car to take home.
